With this new series, we celebrate a composer who’s inspiration and genius has captivated musicians and audiences alike for centuries. In over 200 cantatas, containing some of his greatest music, Bach demonstrates a consistency of invention that is close to perfection.

His multi-faceted take on the human condition is as relevant today as it was in the 18th century. We are delighted to present Kris Bowtell as our soloist for the first Bach Cantata of the year.
